I've just got in after spending a lot of time outside (I don't understand why, but in the middle of winter we had a +22ºC day -fooootbaaaalll!!) and I have an unexpected to-do tonight. I might be in time to do a late update, but I probably won't, so the update is likely to be postponed.
But it's not an abstain, it's a player who contributes very little to the game posting an invalid vote when the rules are already clear.
