Cambrai, Lille, Artois : NEED HELP !!!!

I need help from french users. In my feudal Netherland mod, there are three civs located in nowaday France :

Commune de Lille
Comté d'Artois
Evêché de Cambrai

For each civ I need :
- name of the greatest leader ( I ouwld prefer him/her from middle-age )
- list of great leaders ( military, ... )
- list of scientific leaders
- list of cities
- traits
- suggestions for UU
- if you're motivated : a civilopedia ( en français bien sur )

For Lille and Cambrai, please stick to the very close area, something like nowaday Communautés Urbaines.
