This is a spaceship from the old Star Wars world. Some Jedi dude flew one, but I'll be using it as a Pirate/Smuggler ship in my scenario. Here's some more info from Wookiepedia:

The Delaya-class courier was a Galactic Republic military starship developed circa 4,000 BBY. It was designed and built by Hoersch-Kessel Drive while the company was owned by Duros.

The Delaya-class courier was designed to match a starfighter for speed and maneuverability. Unlike Corellia StarDrive's Coruscant-class Heavy Courier, most of the ship was habitable. The complex automatic systems integrated into the craft allowed it to be operated by a single person.

This aerodynamic starship had an insectoid appearance and featured 21 HKD ion engines. These engines were set in blocks of three on servo-controlled mountings to negate the need for maneuvering thrusters. The courier was also lightly armed with only 2 rotating laser cannons and 1 proton torpedo launcher. For further agility, a computer system controlled multiple layers of extendable vanes and aerofoils . This ensured that the courier had a good aerodynamic shape during atmospheric travel.

Good morning, a time ago that i didnt come at CFC's forum, Navidawg be water my friend :jesus: , this unit (specially this starship) and all these units u did about ST are really cool, thanks for them :), i will add it into my civ-collection when i come back at home. I repeat, REALLY cool. :thanx:

... wow. Now thats a cool ship. Looks like the FF Ragnarok would look like if they didn`t go over the top. (Its not over the top for FF, but its really weird if you try to put it in some other mod, no matter how cool it is)

Ah, that unit brings back memories... It definately did fit in FF, the over-the-top aspect is the sheer modelling skill insanity it must've taken the original artist (artists?) to make that thing in the first place.

In retrospect, yeah, kinda does look the Ragnarok, paint it red and you've got a mini, or prototype version. Anywho, not entirely sure what it is, but that green energy thing really caught my eye, spectacular effects work there. Maybe if you coloured that effect orangey-reddish-yellowy colours, and put a few together, you could have one sweet explosion.

Definately worth a , and might I add this unit is for sure generic enough for some good widespread usage.

Oh Snap, I remember reading about this is some old starwars shipography book I have.

I think KOTOR2 had one of these ships used by the Duros...

Great work Dawg!
