In the spirit of xienwolf's Modular Mods, I posted a "Altered Game Speeds" mod which provides some fun new game speeds to try out, in his thread.

I thought I'd create a special topic for it describing what I did, and also putting another small modular mod I made to reduce settler cost back to 120 hammers from 220 hammers.
Here's the changes to speed:
Recently I've also created a "Settler Cost Reduction" mini module which reduces the cost of the settler to the standard settler growth hammers (67, 100, etc) plus 20 hammers (13 on quick, etc).
So on normal speed it costs 120 hammers instead of 220 hammers to build a settler.
Please see xienwolf's module for instructions on how to turn on modular loading.
Both of these folders can simply be placed in your "Assets/Modules" folder of your FFH installation. If you don't want one of them to be in there, you can remove it.
There are 2 folders in this download, "Altered Gamespeeds" and "Settler Cost Reduction". They use their own Schema files.
Altered Gamespeeds will add new items to CIV4GameSpeedInfo.xml and change items in CIV4CultureLevelInfo.xml. If you use a different CIV4CultureLevelInfo.xml, the new gamespeeds won't work correctly.
Settler Cost reduction modifies CIV4UnitInfos.xml's entry for the settler, changing iCost to 20 from 100.

Marathon Tech speed. Everything else runs at *quick*! - Epic Tech, Cheap Units
