There are a couple of animation issues, mainly to do with his shoulders (see the third pane), and the skin could do with some work, but otherwise, I'm happy with it

Nice one (though, on my screen anyway, he looks a bit dark, i.e. Nubian).

I love his hat, face, beard and neckless, I don't like his shirt. But overall it's a great one.

I know what you're saying. It's Ramasses' torso, so I kept it as it was.

Maybe using different anims (with less arm movement) would reduce the shoulder issue ?
