Apologies in advance. I'm back to a .5mm lead and I updated my version of the GIMP, which changed effects output a bit.
On the other hand, I'm surprised how much of the lighter areas show up at all. Can you spot where I lost initiative?

I think it's everyone's favourite strategy.
Personally, I like to destroy my enemies with the best weapons available. Sure, a constant stream of tanks may work normally, but so does 10 super mechs, or flying disks or huge, ominously slow airships
