LH - Hermann von Salza (AGG; CHR); Conrad (EXP;ORG)
UB - Monastic Barracks (barracks; +5 XP; +2:happy: with Nationhood)
UU - Teutonic Knight (knight; immune to first strike; starts with Cover, Shock, and Formation)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) Download and unzip mod
2) Create the following directory and place mod in this directory:
Civilization 4/Beyond the Sword/Mods/Extra Civs*/Assets/Modules
3) Copy and paste a .ini file from any other mod, and place it in:
Civilization 4/Beyond the Sword/Mods/Extra Civs*/
4) Rename .ini file Extra Civs.ini*
5) Open the .ini file and replace the XML code with the following code:

6) Start Civilization 4 Beyond the Sword, at main menu select Advanced>Load a Mod
7) Extra Civs* should be an option, select this mod, then select "Go" and the mod should load


* You can actually name this mod whatever you want, but whatever it is, make sure the .ini file has the same name.

Note: You can put more than one mod into the folder, and you only need to do steps 1 & 2 for each additional mod after the first one.

I'm guessing the Monastic Barracks give research in addition to normal stuff?
it actually just gives extra XP beyond what a barracks does...
these guys were more warrior knights, rather than traditional monks...
 
would be nice to see traits / stats for uu and ub in the opening post
Sorry it took me so long to do this! I have added the stuff you requested.

Also added the Conrad leaderhead from Manifold for a completely different type of Leader.

Actually, this is my LH. Manifold just reskinned it and removed the crown to make it into another LH. I am definitely going to update my Barbarossa with Manifold's texture for the armour! This is what I had in mind when I was painting the cross, but I have two left hands so...

Nice work, maybe you should add up knight templar, hospitaller knight and the santiago knight in the future also.
 
I made a Hermann Von Salza LH, but haven't released it. Check it out.

Be sure you let me know when you are done, so I can replace the one that is in the mod now. Yours is obviously more appropriate.
 
I like, I like ;) Just one comment: One of the versions has the monastic barracks with two '//' in the CIVartdefinesBuilding file for the path to the button, which causes a crash. Might want to fix that. :goodjob:

This must've been from a recent update...
 
Does ANYONE have kochman's civs? I want to use them in my game so much lol.
