We are neutral and will remain so for now. However, should either Germany or Britain get attacked, we will honor our alliances.

We too echo these words. The Eastern Federation will not expand into your land. We do request you let us have the land east of your eastern border. Would that be alright?

It appears that my claims for this round, prior to Indian decleration of it's SOL, I had 1 privnce that was in it. Instead of claiming that part, I wish to claim the 2microstates in Taiwan.

Byzantium chooses to not recognize the sphere of influence, until you actually have the territories.

besides the Indian sphere of influence only extends from India to Afghanistan, yours is much too big. Iran is probably closer to Arabian sphere of influence.

I have also placed the first NPCs on the map (grey-blue zones). For now they are diplomatically non-committal and will remain neutral unless attacked.

Finally, when players have an overseas possession numbering 12 contiguous territories, the away penalty is waived. You may expand from there at the normal rate of 1:1.
