off-limits
Is there something you guys do not understand?
Thank you.

Effective immediately, there are a few changes.

All players may conduct a maximum of three attacks per turn against any opponent, including the same one. You cannot stack against a single province, and they must be on the nation's perimeter if fighting continental opponents.

Nations at war can no longer submit territorial claims until peace is established with all belligerents, including NPCs. This extends to players in a state of war who are not conducting offensive operations.

Territory captured during war cannot be gifted to other players until peace is declared between the belligerents. The only exception to this is a condominium scenario, detailed below.

As can be seen on the map, when two players win attacks on the same territory, it defaults to a condominium between the two, similar to disputed claims. There is no penalty for leaving it this way, but the territory will not assist with landgrabs, and if it is lost in defence for one side, it's lost for both.

The China 3, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, are wearying from this war and are on the verge of total societal collapse. This can take one of two forms: locking them to a single side for the remainder of the war, or total implosion, rendering them literal wastelands. BUT, you won't know which or when until after the battle. So think long and hard about how far you're willing to go.

In addition to the endgame score, negative reputation derived from the use of nuclear weapons also foments domestic instability. This can trigger full-fledged rebellions and political fragmentation. In other words: civil war. In these cases I retain control of the breakaway factions.

Lastly, emboldened so people will actually read it:

Five post rule is still in effect. I've already demanded people cut the spam, and thrice people have ignored me. The mods won't help. But I'm still the GM, and as such, have the discretionary power to boot anybody without warning and without explanation. You all know who the worst perpetrators are. God's little finger can utterly annihilate any spot on the map of my choosing. When I tell you to stop spamming, don't spam an excuse, don't spam an apology, stop talking.

Now.

Nukes are on. One action per turn. Make war or peace once per turn.
If you think you can abide by my simple requests, and if everyone doesn't firebomb the hell out of each other, this game may recover itself.

Double A will no doubt be happy to know that Egypt et al. is now free of the expansion penalty. Too bad he's at war with the Soviets. :p

Fire 8 nukes at Japan and attack three random territories of Japan's.

This game is gonna end nasty. You wanted it to end with a BANG! Correct?

Well, I don't really care. This game, in my eyes, is almost done and has just become a warfest.

I keep invading India infinitely and expanding wherever I can get it for 1 point.

Hehe, just for fun, I'm not going to choose who I nuke.

The next 8 people who post after me get their capital's nuked. If someone posts twice, then I guess I'll nuke their second largest city, and so on.

Have fun

We declare war on Petrograd and invade three of their territories.

Also:

The Theocratic Taliban captured one nuke before all eight could be fired and launched it at the Marian Federation. The secularists swore they did not fire the missile anc have had those who fired it tortured and shot. They do not even use torture normally, but ask that the Marian Federation forgive the theocratic Taliban's Actions.

I nuke Rome, Dazing, Richmond, Paris, Brazillia (No way I'm nuking Rio. That's just cruel to humanity) Athens, Constantinople and Guinea's capitol. I invade Venice, New York, and Kentucky.

Brazillia? What are you talking about? Surely you don't mean Brasilia?

And how is nuking the other places not as cruel to humanity? (Though I am from Niterói, very near Rio, so thanks for not putting radiation in my home town! :goodjob:)

Yeo, I meant Brasillia.

Anyways, Rio de Janerio is like the New Orleans of South America. It's a never ending party over there, and it would be cruel to end it.
