First of all, the DCRB wants to announce it is joining the UN!
And second of all, to announce that Panama becoming UN jurisdiction is a real possibility. We fully intend on giving it to them, thus solving a big problem, thus the UN should support the war.

The United Nations has finalized the drafting of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, with the objective of stemming the transfer, use and development of nuclear weapons. Nations who sign and ratify the treaty will gain a reputation modifier equal to the total number of signatories, i.e. +2 for two, +4 for four, etc. Destabilizing effects of nuclear activity are doubled for nations party to this agreement.

The German Republic would hop on that treaty like Heavy with Sandvich. I'll sign it!!! Not that it would help much with our reputation though for lobbing nukes. Eventhough we are in a process of converting Atoms from weapons to peace.
