I calculated the battles in the Egyptian theatre simultaneously, since there are so many overlapping battles going on. From now on, though, when calculating battles I'm going to make two assumptions: armies which are engaged in a battle of their own cannot assist armies in adjacent provinces, and precedent will go to whoever sends in their order first. So, in this case link16 sent in his order first, so under this new system he would get to attack first.
