312g for Dehli which has 19 waste currently and 188g for Lahore with 10 (i think) waste currently.

Both rushes are approved. Sorry if I missed it for this T/C (I've been really busy writing a research paper and haven't been able to get on much, but I'll try to get online more.)

Here are three rushes for the TC tonight, if the Budget office can approve them:

Nagasaki (Grüner Hügel – “Green Hill”) – Switch production to temple, rush if funds are available, build a courthouse. Nagasaki has been serving as Fanatika’s most important military magazine for some time and deserves to be rewarded.

Larsa (Schönverläss – “Beautiful Leaves”) -- Please switch to a courthouse, rush, and begin building a factory. Schönverläss will serve as the Provincial capital and should serve as a showcase of good government.

Jaipur (Rassenblume -- “Vale of Flowers”) -- I would like to rush the granary and develop the city for independent growth. Formal plans later today, probably after the TC starts.

The rushes in Nagasaki and Larsa are approved if the funds are available. Jaipur is denied as of now, but that may be changed upon review of the save. I just got home, and haven't had a chance to look at the game yet.

Your Excellency:

Below are parts of my Saturday, March 8 Turn Instructions, with rush requests highlighted.

Nagasaki (Grüner Hügel – “Green Hill”) – Please Rush temple for 56 gold.
------ Queue: courthouse - granary - marketplace. Standing request for Rush, as funds allow, on second turn for each improvement. This city is virtually surrounded by foreign territory and is critical to our plans for putting cultural pressure on our neighbors.
------ Garrison: as a forward military base, Nagasaki is usually teaming with soldiers.

Larsa (Schönverläss – “Beautiful Leaves”) -- Please switch to a courthouse and Rush.
------ Queue: factory, probably followed by a hospital by the time the factory is finished.
------ Garrison: 2 rifles mandatory, 1 cannon as available.

Pune (Zwischenholz – “Between the Woodlands”) – Please switch immediately to temple and Rush.
------ Queue: granary – marketplace. Pune is pure Indian, ethnically, and should not be producing workers.
------ Garrison: 1 rifleman.

Jaipur (Rassenblume -- “Vale of Flowers”) – Switch to aqueduct and Rush for 172 gold.
------ Queue: courthouse – temple – granary – marketplace.
------ Garrison: 2 riflemen, 1 cannon as soon as available.

Fukushima (Gebirgssenke – “Mountain Vale”) – Switch to aqueduct and Rush after one turn.
------ Queue: temple -- marketplace.
------ Garrison: none needed. However, the Mount Plexenburg railroad tunnel should be garrisoned as long as the Iroquois have a city nearby.

Chittagong (Hohenweisse – “High Waters”) – Switch to courthouse and Rush after one turn.
------ Queue: temple -- marketplace.
------ Garrison: none needed.

In order of importance:

Naerva - Cathedral (568g)
Saves 7 turns.
Reasons - Culture assault on Denver and allows Naerva to construct cavalry requested from Military Dept.

Columbia - Granary (220g)
Saves 27 turns.
Reason - Allows Columbia to begin worker production 27 turns faster.

Androbius - Aqueduct (228g)
Saves 8 turns.
Reasons - Growth is stalled until aqueduct is completed. Currently wasting food. Allows Androbius to start on military unit construction.

Jedina - Granary (52g)
Saves 4 turns.
Reason - Granary now will tie in to proper growth/worker production.

I would like funds to attempt to plant spies in Persia and Babylon as soon as the Intelligence Agency is completed. Since it is not done yet, I do not know how much they will cost. I am guessing the Persian spy will cost close to 200 gold, and the Babylonian spy closer to 100 gold.

Feodor: Nagasaki, Larsa, Pune, Jaipur, and Chittagong are approved. How much will Fukushima cost? If it is not too expensive, I will approve it at the chat.

Shaitan: Columbia, Jedina, and Androbius are approved. I would prefer to wait a few turns before rushing Naerva, but if the Cavalry is of urgent importance to Military, it is also approved. (I'll ask CivGeneral.)

Eyrei: Both spies are approved. However, if the spy plants fail, I will not be approving another attempt for a few turns.

228 g immediately, 214 after one turn. I would like it as soon as possible, as the city can reach size 12 very rapidly.

I ask on the behalf of Bangalore to rush the courthouse there. It is so some production can come out of the city. The cost is 296g.

I wish to pull a request to Upgrade our Rifles to Infantries and Cannons to Artillieries

Just a pointer, if we did a mass upgrade now, the prices would go north of 2000g I believe

Courthouse is disapproved Bangalore for now. The rush of rifles to Infantry is approved, but cannon > artillery is disapproved. I will be absent for the rest of the week, so the Domestic deputy is in charge.

May I urgently request that the Budget office reconsider this action? The Fanatikan army is oversupplied with riflemen/infantry at this point and is in the middle of a campaign of conquest. The upgrading of cannon to artillery will decisively increase the striking power of our forces in Babylon and make possible a rapid decision in the upcoming Iroquois war.

CivGeneral gives Feodor another Cookie

I urge the Domestic Department to reconsider the Cannon -> Artillery upgrade action. We need to upgrade them so that we can strike at the Heart of the Babylons (or our next target civ).

Thanks,
CivGeneral
