This is a vote to appoint Fionn as the Domestic Department Leader (due to Chiefpaco's resignation - in the Domestic Department thread). He is currently the Chat Rep.

Vote choices are Yes, No and Abstain.

Running time is when a quorum is reached or when a total of 4 YES or 4 NO votes are received.
