Another PBEM game thread - an allied 2 player game. :)

Players : -
Knight-Dragon - Celts
donsig - Spanish

Monarch level, all settings random, standard-sized map, 6 AI civs.
 
Celts - Turn 1

Founded Entremont beside a river. Lush environment. Wine within city radius.

Now researching bronze tech in 14 turns.

Forgot to take screenshot... :blush: Soon though.
 
Spanish - Turn 1

Madrid settled near a river. There are spices in the surrounding forests. :)
 
String of good luck. All 3 starts in all 3 PBEM games start beside a river. :)

Spanish - turns 2 & 3

Researching warrior code. Began exploring. Spain is in the southern hemisphere.
 
I think I've got warrior code.... Anyway if we're too far apart, we'll have to operate alone for the time being. ;)

Celts - Turn 2 - 4

Warriors ready and out exploring. Second warrior being built. Road being built.
 
Celts - Turn 9

Nothing much except exploration - got 2 excellent future city sites. :) Settler ready soon. So is bronze working.

Spanish - turn 9: Popped first goody hut and got 3 angry Vandals! :( Our warrior survived but there are still Vandals on the loose. Found yet another river to the west. :)
 
Celts - Turn 10

Settlers ready next turn. Capital still no defenders. :lol: Bronze working in 2 turns.

Spanish turn 10: One Vandal still alive. Took up a defensive position on a mountain but the Vandal runs the other way. Warrior code next turn. :) Uploaded as alliance10a.zip.
 
Celts - Turn 11

Settler going off to settle spot at river mouth. :) Building 1 warrior, to be switched to spear later. Warriors exploring.

Spanish - turn 11: The Spanish Warrior Code is born! Spanish craftsmen begin learning how to work in stone. Vandals still lurking as we close in on another goody hut...

Celts - Turn 12

Bronze working is available. Working on pottery in 9 turns. Entermont switched to producing spear (almost forgot :)). Settler still walking along the river. Warriors revealing more of the world. :yeah:

Celts - Turn 26

Founded third city. Good progress generally. Seemed to be lagging slightly behind the AI civs.

Probably on an island. Still one dark patch to the south; possible landbridge?

Spain - turn 26. Continued exploring. Barcelona was founded a few turns ago. Another city to be settled soon.
