Should now be fixed.

You may need to delete the .jar file from the Java cache

• Start -> Control Panel
• Search for, and start, Java
• General tab, View (under Temp Internet Files section)
• Click on "Civ 5 DDS Converter" to highlight it
• Right click Delete (or big red cross in tools panel)
• Close
• OK

I finally got around to testing this out. This tool is an absolute godsend! It took me 5 minutes to create an icon atlas using random images. Thank you 10 fold whoward69. No more guilt from icon stealing.

This doesn't seem to work for me anymore . Always redirects to the Java installation page even though I have the latest version of JDK.

Java is no longer supported on MS-Edge or Chrome. You may need to use a different browser.

Tried to run it in IE, gets blocked by Java's inbuilt security :|.

Type "Java" into search area near start menu
Select the "Configure Java (Desktop App)" item
Select "Security" tab
Click "Edit Site List"
Click "Add"
Enter "http://www.picknmixmods.com/"
Click "Add"
Click "Continue"
Click "OK"
Click "OK"

You can now launch the web start app

So I tried using the software and I must say, it works VERY well. However, I'm having issues with implementing a unit flag icon. I have the alpha image that was created, but when I put it into my mod, every icon I have disappears and everything is replaced with either black icons or American icons. Any thoughts as to why it does this? I have attached the actual .png used.

Very unlikely adding a graphic file will cause that effect. The error is much more likely to be in the XML/SQL that adds the reference to the file. Start a new thread in the main C&C forum and attach the mod, as without the mod anyone trying to offer help will be guessing in the dark
