Bismarck is not in my game, but shows up in diplomatic talks

I am negotiating with the Incas but Bismarck is talking to me. It does this to me with all the other civs. Bismarck is not a Civ in my current game. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Austria (Maria Theresa) is next to my civ if that matters. I can see some words behind "What do you want?" at the bottom. "What" and "conflict".

Do you have any mods loaded? If you do it may be corrupting the files that control the leader information.

Yeah, that.
Since "InfoAddict" is shown in the bottom right corner, I'd say that your version is outdated, and this causes the problems.

Go to Steam and verify your cached files.

That has solved problems like this for me in the past.

Yes, I needed to update infoaddict.

Though there is compatiability issues with the updated version of infoaddict and city limits now! Hopefully all will be fixed soon.

I saw another thread about a similar problem with Gandhi. According to someone else, it is infoaddict causing problems.
