Been disappointed since no-one has created leaderhead info from civ4:col here yet. Should I make one?

Been playing with some ideas to what information is needed. Don't want to make huge amount of numbers that make no sense if you aren't familiar with the game files. Simple is better in my opinion, but let me know what you think. Give me some ideas! I'm open for feedback, critique as well.

I will update this section much more if people get interested. Every tidbit will be explained. I think that first we have to think a good layout for the leaderheads. What size fonts we will use, colors, order of information and so on. All the leaders will be included, also natives.

Now, the first version will look like crap, I know. Don't worry, it will soon be better.

Also things to consider would be the scales what determine the statistics. As I told you guys, I would prefer text over numbers. But in this case there would be a need for few different scales to measure them.

1st idea:
Three different way of measurement:

How much the leader will do a specific thing:
Never, Not much, Average, Quite much, A lot
How often the leader will do a specific thing:
Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Often, Almost always
How strong the leader is in specific thing:
Very low, Low, Average, High, Very high

So there would always be just five different stats marked with specific color considering how good that thing is to the human player (green would be good, red would be bad and so on). Good idea? Too complicated? Too simple? You can see the sample in the post below.

Ok. Examples of Colonist leaders are ready, next time Native Leaders.

Again, let me know if something hits you in the sore eye.

Very interesting. Did you get these values from the game files, and how does the difficulty level affect them?

All the values are from game files yes. And the difficulty doesnt affect them at all. It works pretty much in the same way as Kaitzillas article to CIV IV here:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=478563

For example, Warmongering stat pretty much reflects six basic values:
iMaxWarNearbyPowerRatio
iMaxWarDistantPowerRatio
iMaxWarMinAdjacentLandPercent
iLimitedWarRand
iLimitedWarPowerRatio
and
iDogpileWarRand

With a spreadsheet you can "count" some value (I used a number between 1 and 400) and determine how easily the AI starts wars. Then with some tweaking and adding some other commands you usually get enough data to determine if the leader is aggressive or not. I will release the math behind all these later, most is pretty much copied from someones reference sheets (because in this way CIV IV and CIV IV:col work in the same way.

These calculations you can find from here:
http://www.civfanatics.com/book/export/html/28

Pretty much over 90% of the info is straight from colonizations own LeaderHeadInfos.xml

I can't say I've taken much notice of the individual European leaders, assuming the two English leaders for example would be much the same. I can see now that is not so - George Washington has very high for Warmongering whereas John Adams is very low.

However I play on very large maps with the four European powers well spread so I can usually enter wars of my own choosing with them. Not so the native tribes though so I will be very keen to see those stats.
