How do you make a unit upgrade to more than one unit in the editor?

I have heard, although I've never been Rome, that the legionary can upgrade to either the musketman or medieval infantry. If that is true, how is this done in the editor? Because in the editor it says the Legionary upgrades to the Immortal? - what is up with that?

It can't. You are never given a choice of what you want to upgrade to, nor are there provisions for this in the editor. It would be kinda cool though, to be able to choose for some units.

The reason it says Immortal is because they are both in sword line. Since Rome can't build Immortals, it skips it and goes to the next available unit in the upgrade line, the MDI.

Correct. If you have unit 1 in an upgrade tree, but cannot upgrade to units 2, 3, or 4, but CAN upgrade to unit 5 - you will.
