Now many people here would think of this as blasphemy. Why play a dumb down game similar to civ revolution when you can play the real thing.
Well it happens that the "real thing" for me played on a tiny map with accelerated speed and 3 opponents takes me 20 hours to play. If I do not puppet conquered cities, I expect the game to take between 40-50 hours based on previous civ game experiences.
I can play civ rev in 8 hours. I would like a game playable in like maybe 5-8 hours. I was thinking in the future that I could do a mod for civ 5 that stream line the game and cut the fat, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel if somebody else already did that.
So do you know any mod that massively simplified the game?
