GOTM Submission deadline ?

Hi all,
I'm just wondering what the submission deadline is for the GOTM ?

I'm nearly finished playing my first one, and I'm hoping to finish it in time to submit it, but it depends when the deadline is. 20070430 ad 2359 GMT, or some other timezone ?

If you go to the GOTM website, it has a running timer of when they stop accepting submissions for every game that is currently open. I believe that they accept submissions though until it is no longer May 1st in any part of the world.
