BUG question?

Hey all first post! I just downloaded this game (complete package). I got BUG mod obviously for Civ 4 BTS. But I was wondering how you mark a tile for cities? I have seen a few people do that on youtube playthroughs. It would be really nice to know how to do that. It was a enter caption option. I need to know how to turn it on.

If you mean making notes on the tiles themselves, try ALT+S, click on a tile and write your note.

To remove, just ALT+S and click on the note to remove it.

As Kjotleik wrote, Alt+S makes a sign.

In BUG there's also the dotmap-tool. Use Alt+X to open the dotmap-tool (left click to mark a spot, right to remove).
Ctrl+X shows/hides the dotmaps.
