Great Musician goes on a concert tour to add tourism directly over another civ. Great Writer has an 'internal culture bomb'... not quite sure how that works.

I interpreted it as a bit like the Civ 4 'great work' where you get a huge lump sum of culture.
 
France UA changed. Didn't exactly catch all the details, something to do with doubling the benefit of great work theming bonuses.
 
Ah so the 'lump of culture' will add something like +1000 towards policies.

Napoleon has new ability: City of Light, theming bonuses doubled in capital. (seems pretty weak)
 
Not very many new techs, but we do get internet and a few things he did not feel the need to mention.

City of Light: Themening bonuses for great works of arts are double effective.
