Hotkeys not working

Hi there. Just came back to CiV and wanted to see where CivUP was so i downloaded the latest pre-release from GitHub (3.15.1 i think).

I've noticed that no in-game hotkeys are working. I can still get the menu with the ESC key but other hotkeys don't work ("H" to heal unit, "space" to skip unit turn, "enter" to end turn...). I'm not using any other mod.

This is not a game breaking bug, but it's a big time waster when you're used to those hotkeys.

Can you give us your logs?
Hot keys have been working fine for a long time.
Something else must be messing up your setup.
