Reminds of me an old Civ4 multiplayer game I played once... at least that person had clams.
 
That's when you make a beeline towards "Sailing" so you can build a galley.
 
Been there, done that. haha. It would be worse if you didnt have that adjecent landmass, and you had to wait until Galleons to expand your empire.
 
Beeline the Internet so you can build offshore casinos, banks, and porn sites.
Your gonna be rich!

That's not scary. What's scary is that EA is trying to buy out Take-Two (and all of its companies including Firaxis).

On topic, that is a bad start.
 
With Moai Statues+ Bureaucracy (and it looks like the city's got a cluster of hills to the west) that capital could have some sick production.

reload. or become god and open world builder and add some land around your town (if single player)
 
what is bad about electronic arts buying out take2?
alot of gaming companies start up with the intent of being sold.
Fresh eyes and money might make for a better game.
