Forty years ago I was a high school senior (you can do the math). I had been playing wargames (cardboard units on paper--no video back then) for a few years already.

My first Civ game was also before it came to the computer. As much as I liked Civ 3 complete, Civ 5 is the best. I am beginning to use mods.

30 here. Started playing Civ casually at the end of 3. Used to fiddle around with it and 4 but never took it seriously until GnKs was released.
