Can host in Lan but can't see other games

Need help guys, recently mine pc is having this problem, it stopped reconigsing other games while playing in lan, but when i host the game the others can join and play normally. Checked firewall, network settings and everything is normal...

I could not resolve this problem, we have to play Internet games - according to steam support if all the players are on your internal network it will still play like a lan game.
