AI chooses order?

I`ve been watching out for this in my game since this thread started and I can`t say I agree. The AI Civs have taken a range of ideologies. I reckon it all depends on their circumstances per game.

No free cookie for guessing which civ I'm playing as!

They seem to be programmed to pick opposite of human. For those claiming Order, I'm guessing you chose Freedom?

Game I just played I picked Order and everyone went Autocracy. Didn't really make sense for the to even go Autocracy, but I suppose they wanted to be difficult.
