So with the transition to Steam i had to get a new serial from 2k games and install steam. Then i had to download a new Civ 4:bts from them.
But when i start up the game i get a bunch of XML Cashing Errors that all look like this, se attachment. They all start
"Failed Writing to Global defines cache
Current XML file is: "
Anyone knows how to fix it, i have updated to the latest DirextX version.
