Well if anyone wants advice regarding World Congress votes, don't come my way.
I just had the option and chose ban ivory as the current leader Hiawatha had plenty of this. Too late I realised I had it too! Not the best of moves. I have a couple of questions regarding said Congress. Is it a good strategy to propose such a ban with the leader having this luxury? (Forget that I had ivory too). Hiawatha was the congress leader so surely he would be able to vote me down? And I would have thought the chance of others voting for the ban of ivory was very small indeed. Or do we get a chance to see each others' proposals and then change ours to add strength to such proposals, thereby giving such bans more chance of success? Sorry about so many questions, but I have found the best way of getting answers is asking you guys. I love the World Congress concept by the way. Brilliant expansion, just needs a little more aggressive AI in my opinion.
