I think it was something to do with Polish language either being enabled or fixing grammar or something like that. It's not to do with DLC so much as making it easier for Polish players to understand the game.
 
I hope they release something soon. It is the best for development team to release some Xmas goodies.

Eagle is correct. That was a reference to a mistake in the Polish language version of Civ.
 
Something is being worked on they just can't say what.
