Hot Seat Error: Player 2's tech tree shows Player 1's tech tree!

Pretty annoying bug, especially when you're trying to keep your technology progress a secret on the same game. I haven't tried adding more players to see if it's still there but in a two player hotseat game it's pretty visible. Furthermore, Player 1 can't see Player 2's tech tree when it's Player's 1 turn.

Known error and there even is a solution
