hotseat edit?

I am playing a really good hotseat game that#s map i designed with ample uranium for a bit of global thermal nuclear war for old times sake. However, the game seems to have removed all but a tiny bit of uranium. Is there a way to place it mid game? merry xmas ho ho ho

as an alternative i could edit the nuclear units not to need uranium, does anyone know how i can do this please?
