If it works as promised on the description it's gonna fix so many problems. Any of you guys used it, does it work?

it's a very good mod and a very good start. However I'm now using the community patch which uses it as well as other fixes, including settler pathfinding and better ai decision making in various aspects. Check out the community subform under creation and moding

I use the Smart AI mod. It works fine for me. it does make a bit of difference

No, it's the Community Patch, right next to it.

Word of warning: the community patch is still being tested and isn't finished yet, you may run into bugs at the moment (this is doubly true if you want to use the community balance patch).
