SGOTM 20 - Spreading the Faiths

This one was almost too easy. We will give you a tougher challenge next time.
Three Domination victories and three theme satisfying Religious victories. Interesting the the Religious victories took more real life calendar time than the Dominations.

The Shawshank Redemption took the Gold Laurels with Horse Archers, Phoenix Rising captured the Silver with Riflemen and brand new team Civ Geeks United got the Bronze (and Wooden Spoons) with religion.

Misfit Gypsy Nuts had the earliest real life completion date. Fifth Element achieved the latest victory both in game time and RL calendar time, but had a higher score than the other teams with Religious victories. Unusual SuspeX did not control all the Shrines at the end.

Here are the award winners, scores and ranking:

The Team and Lurker threads are open to all. Read them and weep.

Well done, everyone. :thanx:

How comes FE is 5th with 400 years longer game than 6th?

Congrats to the winners and thanks to the Staff.

We made history!!

The only team to combine the bronze laurels with the wooden spoons. :king: :crazyeye:

I didn't think it would happen when I heard that FE was going for AP victory. I probably should've been tipped off by the comment that they were only 3% short of domination.

Congrats to the laurel winners.:goodjob: Thanks for the map, BSP and Deckhand.:D

Congrats to all, especially for maintaining alive this great tradition that is the SGOTM! Evidently that also goes to staff. :goodjob:
