To most players, one of the GREAT appeals to Civ is its replayability. Unless you play always with the same map, your situation may be TOTALLY different, even if you play with the same civ (though especially if you play with random opponents).

Well if it's affecting real life substantially (sex life, hobbies, job, education etc) then I'd say stop.
