I am aware of this. But where as Tokyo existed contemporaneously with Kyoto (albeit under a different name), Brasilia was at no time just an ordinary city. It was built specifically to be the capital. This would be like having the capital of America be Philadelphia or New York instead of Washington, and having Washington be the fourth city on the list - awkward.

Oh, I do agree that perhaps it would be better to not have Brasilia on the list.

Pocatello should be added to the Shoshone city list (yes, Pocatello is also a town in Idaho).
