Here are some post-crusades Mamluk infantry:
Harfush "rabble" peasants, Ashir Syrian proffesionals, Maghribi north african marines
Jandar infantryman, Naffatun naptha thrower, later Halqa infantry
More Timurids and Golden Horde adversaries coming soon
I could be wrong but i was under the impression that the Naffatin were using a special fireproof costume themselves.
The Romans were apparently taking the "scorched earth policy" literally and were creating burning barriers in Asia minor to halt the Arab advance-hence the development of those fireproof costumes.
Thanks C!
Yes I agree Peri, thats why he's wearing that leather jacket (born to be wild...)
So, here come the armies and enemies of the Delhi Sultanate:
Afgan spearman, infantry, Hindu archer
Timurid heavy infantry, Timurid light infantry, Hindu javelinman
