debug.dll tutorial for creating debug.dll and fixing CTDs?

Is there a thread or a document that describes how to create then use the debug.dll to isolate and repair crashes?

There are several. But first, are you sure this is not due to missing fields in your xml or missing art files? Try civchecker first. Unless you have a good reason to think it is sdk code which you have written, that is causing the crash, I recommend you start with this.

That is exactly what I needed. I have used civchecker to dx this problem but it did not find any issues. I will proceed from there.
