Is Multiplayer OSS error fixed in BTS???

What is the multiplayer OSS error?

out of sync error, some of our mp games couldn't be finished because OSS errors kept happening. Many attempts to circumvent it failed. Wondering if it is being adressed in bts....

yes we tried the odd #'s guy rejoining, yes we rebooted, yes, yes yes have tried everything I have seen in the forums suggested without success. We basically quit playing CIV because of it...

anyone? has this problem been adressed at all in BTS?

Ruined my entire experience with CIV; buying and installing BTS made me get these errors for the first time, and they com OFTEN! CAn't believe how the hell a turn-based game can have sync-problems.

They do seem to appear every time someone in the game open the main menu.
