I'm starting up the TCIT now so that my Ministers can post their Rough Plans now. Once they have indicated to me how long they need to get their ducks in a row, I'll iron out the actual time. Options are 0100 Hrs (7 PM Wed Night CST) or 1400 Hrs (8 AM Thur Morning.)

Trade poll indicates we will be trading for Navigations, so Zojoji should start building Magellan's (as indicated in Governor Blackheart's instructions). If we did not trade for Nav then Zojoji should start on a Palace. I also encourage that worker teams be prepared to RailRoad mines near Zojoji to try and cut one turn off of the build time.

Odawara should continue to build Newton's based on my interp of the confirmation poll (don't both checking the poll, my instructions are not conditional).
A Micromanagement request subject to overide by Edo's governor: Odawara can build Newton's in 3 turns if it uses one of En'Gha's mines instead of a plains.

Yatta (Veii) should rush a temple and then start on and rush a Courthouse and then start on the FP pending future discussion and polling.

The domestic minister has approved rushes to help rebuild the war torn cities.
Turn 0: rush temples in Cumae, Mauch Chunk, and Pisae;
and rush a temple in Yatta ** not approved by Zarn - see note **
Turn 1: rush a courthouse at Yatta after Swords disband
As soon as resistence is ended in Salamanca: spend up to 112G to rush a temple.

This is probably not in line with Governor Snipelfritz or Minister Zarn as they may not have seen this request. Sorry for complicating things by issuing conflicting orders, but Citizen TimBently rightly reminded that the temple is needed to expand Yatta's radius. With luck Zarn or Snipelfritz can revise their orders prior to the chat.

Worker Actions

Workers will complete their current tasks and then group into Groups of 12 (6 for the Babylonians) and set to work various sectors. (More info later.)

The exception is the Zulu Worker. It would be removed from its work Immediately and be moved according to this poll.

Another Exception is the Worker Team currently chopping down a forest outside of Radaii. These would be transfered to toher projects immediately.

At any point of our gpt falls below zero, please switch cities to build luxury once the item they are working on is done until the gpt is positive or all cities are producing wealth (Do not use Furuyama for this). Discontinue this and return to normal ques when it is no longer needed.

Blue (top priority) is the railway for Zojoji mines to increase production. Red is connecting railway to other provinces.

As for other railroads, connect the cities first so we can continuously move troops without stopping, then connect resources and high production areas, then everything else. I implore the DP to place priority for rails that lead to Zojoji, as this will reduce the time needed for finishing the wonder.

THE IROQUOIS CAMPAIGN WILL BE RUN LIKE THIS IN THE FINAL STAGES

1.

3 Samurai units near Alleghany moves towards Salamanca, but pillages first the Iron road they stand on, and then the three road tiles NE, W and SE of Salamanca within Iroquois territory, where the Samurai Elite garrisons Salamanca. The Wounded Samurai Elite NE of Alleghany moves to Salamanca to garrison the city.

2.
OIL SPRINGS CONQUEST
In general, all the troops designated to march up in front of Oil Springs are expected to take it quickly, allowing the units some time to heal in Salamanca, and to pillage roads on the future Iroquois border.
The Elite Cavalry Army formed in Salamanca will first attack and conquer Oil Springs in order to open for Heroic Epic and Military Academy.
Only Veteran Samurai and Elite and Veteran Swordsmen, along with Veteran Cavalry, are allowed to the front line, with in attacking order, Swordsmen, Samurai and Cavalry. All forces should be marched up around Turn 6 into the turnchat, and then strike simultaneously on Oil Springs and Niagara, and then immediately regroup garrison units accordingly to suppress rebellion

3.
NIAGARA CONQUEST
An eastern army will be marched up in good time before the joint strike on turn 6.

4.
REMEMBER, TURN 6 is the time of the final strike. Hopefully, we will manage to spend some of our swordsmen here or get some elites out of it.
Surviving Veteran Swordsmen should be sent to Yatta and Pisae and disband.

We should also get Tonawonda in the Peace Settlement, and I recommend it to become the Guantanamo of Japanatica run by Grand Admiral Ali of the Imperial Commandos and the Privateer Corps.

The gamesave should be in a "DG5_ADyear_turnXYZ" format, not "DG5_year_AD". The turnchat should follow a similar naming convention: "DG5_monthDate" (i.e., DG5_Nov3rd.zip") and should be timestamped and zipped.
