Due to the threat of a potential One City Culture Victory by the Aztecs, as well as a threat of Local Babyonian Culture, I am holding this "Emergency" chat to sponser Investigation Missions and Trades that will take 0 turns to complete. This will allow the Governors and Ministers to come up with appropriate responses to these matters.

This "Emergency Chat" will, By Fiat, last no more than 3 Turns, and likely will not last even 1 turn.

Build Queues/Changes:
Epolenep: Colosseum -> Musketman
Regent Town: Heroic Epic -> Musketman -> Musketman
Manchai: Cathedral -> Colosseum
Nihilon: University
Gerunshi: Marketplace -> Cathedral
Drachefnels: Courthouse -> University

Notes: Epolenep expands in 6 turns, so we will hopefully regain control of the horses. If it does, switch the order of the Colosseum and Musketman.

Zarnia Buildques 1295 AD (Zero/One turn Emergency TC only)

Change production of Frigate in Zojoji to Ironclad, remove Privateer from que and add Ironclad in its place. Keep everything else status quo for ques, if emergency TC lasts more than 3 turns, stop the TC! :lol:

Move the Laborer from the Forest to the mined Grassland to the North (see picture below)
 
Pesky AI units moving into our territory
Ask them to remove there units from our land. If the option of "Leave or declare war" pops up after telling the offending civ over and over, I leave this to the DP's judgement. If they do declare war on us after refusing to move there units, then follow the procedures as listed in "If war is declared on us".

Demands
Refuse any demand from civs that pose no threat to us and/or in another contenent. If the Civ is demanding something and is bordering us and/or on the same contenent; Do not give up techs, maps, cities, and gold greater than 50g (Value of gold is yet to be decided upon the Leader and will change if he sees fit). If they declare war on us, please follow the procedure as followed in the below paragraph entitled "If war is declared on us".

If another civilization that is bordering us and/or on the same contenent declares war on us. Halt the chat imedeately.

Embassies
Please establish embassies in the following civs: Russia and China, so long as the Domestic Department aproves the funding for this action.

City Investigations
Please investigate the following city(ies): Aztec, Tenochtitalen. So long as the Domestic Department aproves the funding for this action.
 
I polled on 3 subjects. The 2 investigations failed to get 55% of the votes cast and thus failed to override Ministry Policy and will not be done at this time.

This leaves a rush of a Colosseum in Epolenep as soon as their are any shields committed. I expect that this will be on turn 1 with an expected cost 444g. Domestic Minister Zarn's instructions allow for this rush.

Research
Normal saves (turn 0, 5, and 10) are all that are needed at this time.

Because of certain TV watching engagements, I won't be at the Turnchat this tommorow.

Modified Schedule Instructions:

If we Swap to Republic, limit the TC to 2 turns total, including the "transition" turn. EXCEPTION: If at the end of Turn 2, Indy is 1 Turn away at 100% Science, you may extend the TC 1 turn to get the tech.

The current Job should take most of the TC. Once they finish, Rail the square they're in now.

2 Lone Jap Workers:
Mining Job will take the rest of the TC.

Iroquois Workers (Cumae, in Pruple):

When this worker is doen mining, transfer to Oil Springs in preparation for Loading.

Workers near Izanaga:
The worker roading the silks should assist the other worker mining the nearby hills after road is complete.

We should get Indy first, before we change to Republic, it is only 3 turns away.

Keep the status quo for ques, if emergency TC lasts more than 3 turns, stop the TC! :lol:
