Well, we're over halfway through. And headed to the Holidays.

Tenative Schedule:

#1: Sat 12/4, 8 PM CST

Everything else is dependent on my Exams. It's likely that I won't be able to conduct TC #3 (Teantive for either the 12th or 13th) myself due to deadlines both at School and Work. The other ones are tenative for the 18th, 22nd, and 27th/29th.

I have one small request. I suggest to repatriate the 8 Roman workers in the North, primarily Kagemusha, as it just built an aqueduct, and can house a full 5-6 more citizens.
This would help on the French border, as we are bulding up demographic and cultural strength in the region to signal our power to France.

I suggest 4 Roman workers for Kagemusha, 2 for Tugela and 2 for Yatta.

Please stop ALL unit builds in Yatta, MSAV hates regulars and Yatta got no barracks. Presently, you build infantry there.

Please change artillery in Corrino to Infantry, as our Artillery Quota is complete.

Next Naval Reform is underways when this is passed.

I had volunteered via PM with bigmeat to be duputy governor for his province, but I have not heard from him and don't think he has been online. I would like to request that you appoint me as interim Deputy Governor until he returns and posts or until his office is declared vacant. This will allow for me to analyze and post instuctions in bigmeat's absence.

Mr President, or donny between us freinds, im not sure but i think your the worker guy. If we decide to give away TBD (Kyoto)(?) then you should move that worker into the city first so he can zoom home. otherwise the russians will attack him and start the war anyway.

As for the renaming order, I'd rather not rename a city that we're just going to give away. I Would've renamed Niagara falls if I had given thought to it, but had lost interest after I lost my bid to rename Salamanca with Civanator's cityname as per how despots do things in Roleplay (and it would have "dropped" him 1 slot).

As for the naming order item, your raising the suggestion implies that you have given your approval, Provo; But in my opinion, the corrupt backwaterness kind of gave Kagemusha its casino town flavor. And also, would we have been so quick to improve that city if we didn't have such a strong advocate as Mayor?

Also, I would have to rename Yatta and ALL of our Iroquois Conquests up to Cumae if I do proceed with this. (You weren't the only citizen "harmed" by a mismanaged order, though Epi had nothing to do with the Yatta affair.

Would you rather I poll the corrections? And if I DO poll, then it's an All, None, or Abstain measure. No inbetweens.

Frankly, I liked the corrupt backwaterness, but it would be fun for the next installment in
the RPG story to switch names back. Kagemusha is kind of run out of stories. I sense that a switch to the legally sequentially appropriate names would be fun. Imagine how the mafia moved to Las Vegas. Drachenfels is pretty corrupt too, and not far away from the Hoover Dam (electricity). I also think Duckburg on the border, and Drachenfels in the Zulu mountains make more sense too (Dragon Mountains). So fix the naming order, and do it as it should have been. This will as many people pointed out not change the strategy of the game, but change the roleplay part.

(Duckburg and Grumpypuss sort of belong together, and Kagemusha actually means "Mask Change" in Japanese, or "Double Identity" for the Emperors Double in order to avoid assassination). I have not pressed any such issues so far in the game, but right should be right. I also got a great story for the city change to take place, to revive the flow of the game.

This is an advisory post so that the DP has some guidance on the WOTP in regard to Itakaji province with no acting governor and no deputy governor. Only bigmeat (if he shows up) has actual authority to post instructions for this province. Only Ominato has a build queue remaining from the last legally posted instructions for the province. My understanding is that the DP has the authority to set build queues after these have run out, and you can therefore change the builds in each of the other cities.

I have initiated discussion and polled the people. The results of this are being posted to the Presidential Thread for the your consideration. Each of the build queues below recieved at least 9 out of 10 votes cast in approval.

Please note that there is additional discussion and polling on rushes for some builds under the authority of the Domestic Ministry.

Suggested build queues for Itakaji Province:

Port Solema: Coastal Fort>Factory>Market>Library
Additional Build queue once Library is built: University
Laborers: MM for Growth in 1 and Coastal Fortress in 1.

Baldur's Gate: Factory>University>Colosseum>Hospital
Laborers: Vacate Wheat (for Roma) and unroaded Forest and move to other mined Grasslands.

Roma: Factory>University>Colosseum>Infantry
Laborers: Just click on Roma to move citizens to 30 SPT and 31 FPT.

I recommend MOTH, he has shown dedication and initiative to solve the problem of the ghost governor.

I have reviewed your request and found that Yatta, Vandopolis, Salamanca, Ominato, Izanaga-No-Mikoto, Hill Valley, Ela Spring, Civanatoria, and Arrakis all meet the requirements.

Of these, I would recommend the cities of Yatta, Vandopolis, Ominato, Arrakis, and Izanaga-No-Mikoto. I suggest that Arrakis get 2 workers, while the rest get one to be integrated. As for the last remaining worker, that is up to your choosing, but Minister-General-Mayor Provolution has request that the worker be integrated into Kagemusha. I chose these cities because their populations are low compared to our national average, especially Arrakis.

On another note, who has control of Tonawanda? It is on the very tip of Babylon.

Thank you for your Recommendations. As to your Question, I will answer it when I have the time to Research past months' polls/discussions. IIRC, it's in Hai Rando because the "Potential Border" between it and Itakaji is nearly the same as the Babylonian-Iroquois Border.

Speaking of which: Due to the vacancy recently declared; as well as his tireless advocacy and experience, and the Domestic Minister's Recommendation, I hereby name MOTH as Interim Governor of Itakaji!
