I’m joining my first 31 civilizations in a mod named “CivArmy’s Mod”. Some rules of this mod:
- 31 new civis, all them by me (but it is not the Mobilize 31OCM). Some civis mine are out of this project, like Afrikaners, Mapuche, Mercosur and states of Brazil, they could be present in others similar mod in future.
- 31 unique units, most of them done by me, other done by other creators.
- Replace many wonders of the game by wonders that I made (the same effect, just a different wonder) and replace some improvements.
- Collection of maps done by me.
- Add three new resources (coca, timber and copper)
- Change some graphical interface, like city graphics and advisors, all them done by me. Just in the case of city graphics artworks they are by CivArmy and other creators.

Files:

- U must move into c:/Civ3/Conquests/Conquests the directory “CivArmyMod” that the first two *.zip files have created.
- When u download files 01 and 02, u can play the mod, cos they have Static LHs. If u want turn some of them animated, u must download the files of these civis that u wish to do that.
- If u already have any of these *.flc files (extension of leaderheads files, the third file in the list until the last one) u don’t need download again, just place them in the correct directory. The directory is c:/Civ3/Conquests/Conquests/CivArmyMod/Art/Flics . All the *flc must be there, okay?

Nice work. I realize the effort that it takes to put a mod together. But your choice of civs, seems like a collection, of groups that never survived. Except you know Canada (Who gave the world Hockey Celine Dion Rush and Bryan Adams), Brazil ( Which gave a rapidly shrinking rain forest and the whole sale decimation of native peoples.. which at least we don't do that anymore here.) But I digress.. There is no country that interest me to play...

These civis were my first 31 ones, don't like, don't play and do your own civis that u have interest ;) Of course, and don't post bad things about the nations, mainly when u don't know aboluty nothing about them ;) BTW, to future posts in threads that I opened turn the brain on before type ;) , normal people appreciate it.

EDITED: please, nobody post back against the BenWilber post, we can't turn it a political thread (which culture desearve more attention, which culture is superior, who shriking rain forests of who, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla...), okay? Please!!! :)

That rapidly shrinking Rain Forest is being done illegally by a few in Brazil, it has nothing to do with the Brazilian Government(who to my knowledge ARE trying to stop those lunatics), or the Brazilian people. As for decimating native populations, the US was guilty of that in the past as well, but that is the PAST. This is the 21st century, Brazil is not Nazi Germany like you seem to think BenWilbur.

By the way Civ....Good work...I like your addition of the Elves...one suggestion though, Cormantyr is from the Forgotten Realms(Dungeons and Dragons), maybe the Fey would be a better name, or just the Elves. Real world with a dash of fantasy...me like :goodjob:

SoG, thanks for appreciate the mod :) , but I'm quoting what I said in my last post. We can't turn the thread political, okay? So, doesn't matter here who shriking the forest of who. People, just ignore BenWilbur post, it's the best option ;) , noboby post political views again, please! (the moderators could close it)

i want to try this out civarmy, but is there any chance you could reduce all those download links into a big one?? there are sooo many... ;)

that could be fantastic, but it would take much space in CFC server (maybe 400 mega of double files  ). If the moderators give me permition to me to do that, it'd be a pleasure. :)

This does look great. I was wondering when it would come out...

But please, even if you don't put the files into one big download, is there any way you could reduce / combine them even slightly? I don't fancy having to download all those seperate ones.

But any way, this looks like an excellent work, including a whole treasure chest of your other excellent work :goodjob:

I want to try it soo bad, but I am too lazy to download all those files! (Too lazy to sit on my butt and click links, how sad is that?)

thanks for all the ellogies!!!
Remember: if u already have some of the necessary LH is not necessary u download again, just place the *.flc files in the c:/Civ3/Conquests/Conquests/art/flc . All the *.pcx come with file number 02 of the list (not available yet, I didn't receive the password/username of the CFC's FTP system yet).
I think there is a way to reduce the number of file, let's see the example of the Chilean civilization: it has 8 files with the 8 *.flcs, so, I could join all these *.flc in a single bigger file and delete these smaller 8 other files. :) I can do that, just need the FTP password/username of CFC.

EDITED: A giant file with all the *.flc file looks like the best solution, but:
- it'd take almost 300 mega of space of CFC server
- the files were here before this Mod, so, I'd upload the same files again
- it'd be a giant problem to Dial-Upers
- Check this case: if u already have the Venezuelan civ and don't have the Paraguayan one, u must download the giant single file with the Venezuelan civ again.
CONCLUSION: I'll reduce this list to 33 files (31 files of *.flc, one per civ + 2 extra files of the mod). Just need the FTP system stuff to do that. So, people can download just the missing LH, not again the LH that they have. :)

You could also use the Static leaderhead option, it at least makes a worthy substitute until people download the full leaderheads

for some odd reason this method is not working: when u call diplomacy with a static LH the game exits   It's a bug and don't know how to fix it. I'm sure I played with static LH in the past in other mods, but don't know what it it happening (in ACM and now in CAM = CivArmy's Mod).
