I am doing a Quick Domination on Huge. I found a map 80% Water Pangea that was 1675 Domination. Quite the difference in tiles to yours 
Here is what that world look like at 1000BC. Around 2000 something BC, I ran into a stream of bad lucks and lost 3 population to diseases.
Other than that, it seems like a very good map. I shared a huge island with Russia and Sumeria (not too worry about that because I have already setup two choke point to block off their expansion). There are three major source of luxuries and at least three extra horses within my domain. Since the AI has always been paying a fortune on horses, so I'm going to be really rich for sure. Anyway, I think this is a very good map. With the domination limit of 4621 and all...I think I'm going for that #1 spot again.

Those are CornMaster's Borders. I use them myself as well.
After over 100 hours, this is what I end up with so far. Next stop: Babylon; In order to visit Babylon, I will need a fleet of 42 galleons (40 of them to house 40 cavalry armies, and 2 for 8 settlers; will raze their cities for wokers). Since Babylon island is three turns sail away, I will have to come up with 2 warships for escorting duties as well because there are just too many privateers out there. So far, I have passed my old 81K game by 400 points and Kuningas 81K game by 1559 points, but it's still too early to tell if I can get my slot back or not.

did you ditch the 4621 domination limit map? the numbers you show in mapstat gives a dom limit of 4562 ...

Update on my 4562 map:
I'm currently at 1840 AD (approximately another 150 more turn to go which I will finish it this weekend). Here is the graph of the "Point Per Turn Gain" so far. I don't really know why my point are falling below both my previous game and Kuningas's game. Is it because I didn't build the Longevity Wonder? Since the disscusion on the Longevity Thread, I decided not to build the Longevity in this game.
PS: my population almost max out around 1200 AD (the technique was quite simple, I have over 900 workers working over time, plus a lot of settler factories pumping out settlers/workers to help maxing out most cities).

the reason the score per turn in your plot is below the other graphs is because you maxed out the per turn score earlier.. instead of plotting :
score_this_turn - score_previous_turn
like you are doing.. plot the internal per turn score:
score_this_turn*current_turn - score_previous_turn*(current_turn - 1)
(where current_turn is the number 0 to 540 )
this plot will give the plot for:
(2xhappy + content + specialist + territory + future techs)*difficulty
(with some integer roundoff errors)
PS! Now I really start to wonder if I should continue my current sid game.. I think it would beat your old game and Kunnigas' but I dont think it will beat your current game... (but mapfinder has been running for a couple weeks now looking for a better map...

I hope you won't abandon yours because there are a lot of things can happen toward the end of the war. Here is the graph based on your formula. Yes, the final score can be predicted; it will be some where in between 88400 and 88700 points.Attachments

I think you should definitely continue your game! You may not beat my current game (it would be hard to top that 4562 domination limit), but you are definitely going to beat both my old game and Kunnigas'. The #2 slot isn't so bad. Since I have been at #2 slot for a long time (at PTW Deity and Emperor and recent on Sid), it's really a good slot.
