er what off exactly is this :confused: that big word "Excpatriate" doesn't make sense to me... i hate being stupid :crazyeye:
 
Yup, I am governor of each city that we're allowed to take from an AI. Once we get some turns into the game, I will make this thread much more exciting than it is now. One to rival good ol' R & T!
 
Only a question: if the number of national citizens in a captured city surpass the number of foreign citizens or if the foreign citizens disappear, will we have to elect a new governor for that city or does it continue in the hands of the expatriate governor?

When I first heard the word (on CNN last year), I thought they were saying ex-patriot. ;)

Nope. It's still in the hands of the Expatriate Governor.
