I'm saddened by the lack of responce to richard the I, MEDIEVAL PLEASE theres enough emphasis on modern for gods sake.
Lincoln (altho Jefferson would be cool too I guess), Ramses II, Winston Churchill, and Lenin.
I think all civs need at least 1 male leader. (Egypt and Russia are currently only female... Is there any other civ thats only female?)
I hate being a female. I'm not sexist and yes I'm secure in my manhood
..... but I just dont like playing as a female. Ever since the first day I played Civ 3, I've never played a civ that had a female leader. Its just too weird for me. So I would definitely appreciate Churchill, Lenin, and Ramses. 
You're never gonna see Hitler in a Civ game henry. They are WAAAAAAAY too PC for that. Did you read their paragraph long spiel in the manual about "sorry we included religion in the game but we had too, please dont be mad at us?" Heh you're never gonna see Hitler.....

Heh i they definatly wouldnt include Hitler as a leader, but by the same token then why do they offer to include stalin? He killed many millions of his own citizens in gulag forced labour camps for very little reason other than senseless production quotas. Yet his image remains to some almost as a benevolant dictator. General lack of knowledge of the brutal gulag system and allied status in ww2 almost certainly contribute to this image.

Hitler (think it will be funny what he will say when he loses or something), Vladmir (why not?), Cleopatra (I loved beating her and seeing her remarks in the end game), and Abraham Lincoln (loved him in Civ3 in the stoneages).
