Citizen Assignment: have the citizens work the 3 Flood Plains and both mined hills (stagnant growth & 8 :hammers: per turn)

Build Queue: Axeman, Theatre, Worker

The build queue can be altered by the DP if a threat arises. Do NOT whip any citizens this turnchat unless The Ribbon Seller SwissEmpire starts blathering on. Then only whip him.

Oops...just realized I will not be able to do this Thursday night.

Can I get a mod to sticky it and change the date to March 31st same time, same bat place.

Tear, tear, this is the last instruction for awhile.

THe Citizien Assmebly has voted site Alpha as the choosen site. Make sure that that is where we settle the settler

Grr...I can't do this on Friday. Cooking class thing...can another turnplayer replace me?

I'll be out of town and therefore no civ4 for me :(

President -

Please settle site Alpha,

marked in outline in crimson.

Please use suitable escort, which I hope our War Secretary will detail for the job. If no-one details an escort, or if an escort is unvailable, please move the settler only as far as Abydos. The escort will become part of the new city's garrison.

Maintain highest possible science expenditure.

This is interesting...

I'd be next in line, right? I can do Thursday night 3/30, at 10PM MST (0500 GMT).

Friday isn't really doable, but I also might be able to work something in on Saturday during a more normal time of day. However... that would be into the next term, so no go.

So, unless there is an objection, the new date/time is Thursday night 3/30, at 10PM MST (0500 GMT Friday).

Chill..I have a chariot to escort it but an ax to garrison. So the chariot can be used as its suited for rapid movement instead of being stuck in a city. To me it makes better sense to escort with a 2 movement unit and garrison with a 1movement unit that is a stronger unit.

DaveShack...My instructions will be posted in a couple of hours.

SoW instructions...(Not much since we dont have many troops)

Hold promotions unless its the exploring warrior then promote up to Woodsman II. Any troops built should be sent to the East side of Abydos between Alpha and Abydos.

War Chariot located East of Abydos move to tile north of Iron and pick up the settler and escort it to site "alpha".
After founding city please use the chariot to check out the iron resource West of Berlin to see if anyone has claimed it yet. If you still have moves left return to the area around the West side of Alpha.

Ax (furthest one from Abydos) on forested hill ESE of Abydos move to city site Alpha for garrison duty.

Warrior in Russia...explore at will report any networked resources and troops. Be on the look out for Russian and Mongolian cities. Mongolia has 3 besides capitol and Russia has 4 besides the capitol. We are missing 1 Mongolian city and 2 Russsian cities.

The Axes North of Abydos can be used at your discreation to kill barbs and protect workers and settlers.

summary;

City 4 build on Alpha. Philosophy started out being something like 54 turns. After city 4 was built, philo jumped back up to 54. There are several ways to get it faster, so the time came to stop and let the citizens decide.
