Help - how do I edit the Road/RR movement costs?

I'm trying to edit the movement allowance of Railroads, so that units can move 20 tiles per MP, instead of just 10, but I'm having trouble finding where it's defined...

I've looked through every single \Terrain, \Misc, \Gameinfo, & \Basicinfos XML, and the GlobalDefines, and I'm just about ready to give up. I'm starting to worry that it's hard-coded into the SDK...

Can anyone help me??

RouteInfos.XML in the Misc folder might help...

Right, so I see the info now. Any idea if I'm looking for iValue, iMovement, or iFlatMovement?

Sorry, I'm not to sure of what these values represent, I even tried looking at Civ4Wiki, but there is no info there either, I would suggest just playing with the values one at a time, see what differences they make

It appears thast it's the iFlatMovement. In vanilla, it's set to 6 for RR, so I tried changing it to 3, and now RR's provide 20 MP instead of 10. Success!!
