Where is it we chat?

Where are these turn chats where everthing seems to be decided?

And where are all the polls posted?

The polls are posted here. The Turn chats are on the IRC server irc.webmaster.com and the channels are #civfanatics and #demogame.

Voice privilages are restricted in #demogame to reduce clutter in the chat. At first we tried it in #civfanatics where everyone gets voice, but it got chaotic. So Citizens can voice their opinions in #civfanatics (you can get here with the "Chat Room" link at the bottom of the Civfanatics pages (like this one)). Officials who get voice in #demogame will attempt to keep an eye on #civfanatics and try to make sure the citizen's concerns are voiced.

okay, so you are sitting in this page right know, you should be, or you wouldn't be reading this now, go to the bottom of the page, past the advertisement and beyond the posts, you should see this:

Click the "chat room" button, then when the white window comes up click load chat, then type in a nickname

"Everything" is played out during the chat. All the plans & discussion/debate for the next turn are posted in the government threads for each department. Many heavily debated and hugely critical decisions come to a vote for the citizens here in this Citizens forum.

Welllll....you're right, chiefpaco. But citizen discussions are supposed to take place in the Citizens Forum. At this point in time, they can take place in the Govt. Forum, but this IS the Citizen Forum.
