Well LK22 really burned me out for many large scope games at once, so instead time for something really rough ;)

World = standard, Wet, Warm, 5 Billion, large continents.
Difficulty = Regent
Barbarians = Roaming
# Civs = 8
NOT culturally linked, NO restarting players.
Civ = Aztec
Would you believe they have NEVER been played in a LK series before now.

All victory conditions are enabled.
However, anything other then a CONQUEST victory is considered a loss. :D

@Jbob42 & meldor - sorry, 5 is enough for this game

@Arizona_Steve - I won't open 30 that fast. I am starting get frustrated with succession games.
I found one problem - too many large / huge map games. I am cutting that down to ONE game at a time on that scale.
The second problem is play style conflict that are annoying me - I don't know of a solution for that - except to not play any further games. My total civ time is going to be less - exactly why this 5 city game format. I don't think a round will EVER be more than 1 hour.

Rats! All those posts withing an hour or so! :)
Oh well... until the next 5CC...

(1) 4000 BC - Pop an hut - it is empty.

(2) 3950 BC - Moving toward what I think is coast.

(3) 3900 BC - Teno... is formed.
Normally I avoid shield grasslands, but river and coastal is more important with just 5 cities.

(12) 3450 BC - Pop a goody hut - empty

(13) 3400 BC - Teno is such a shield factory, I can build temple BEFORE settler!

(16) 3250 BC - First contact - the Zulu (GACK!)
Only tech for sale - pottery, not cheap enough to cancel our research.

(20) 3000 BC - Zulu have mysticism for sale - won't sell it yet.

Summary - we will ONLY ever have 5 cities - NO tile overlap, pick the city location VERY carefully.
Check for workers every turn! GPT will be a problem here - no support workers are very usefull

Mystery13 (playing) - Play until you build 2nd city. Pick it VERY carefully
Stop when city #2 is built.

I could be wrong.. but i think we have to raze all cities ?

@Dark Sheer -
Five city challenge - NO captured cities.

I said this one was going to be tough! Another reason why we want our cities spread out - less valid AI territory.

We must create 5 KILLER cities - Teno is with 2 game this early.
Of course, an ancient war is a waste for us - we need to work with fast units (knights / cavalry / tanks).
What we must do is totally destroy out target civ.

Hmm... I was scratching my head a bit with that one. I always thought that part of the fun of succession games was the combination of different playing styles.

@T-hawk
Actually, that WASN'T as youl

Maybe better wording -
The second problem is CARELESS play style that is annoying me.
The game has been out long enough - there is ZERO excuse for seasoned played to make some of the :smoke: moves I have sufferred with.

I'm "seasoned", but I've been playing the wrong way for 10 1/2 YEARS!! :)
